Katie leads a local nonprofit, Grove Christian Outreach Center, providing life sustaining resources to vulnerable families in the Greater Williamsburg area. Having worked in the nonprofit sector for more than twenty years, she is intimately familiar with nonprofits across the Peninsula and is eager to find collaboration opportunities to better serve our community.

Katie and her husband live in Poquoson where they have raised five children and now spend their down time doting on their Labradors.

As Executive Director of the Outreach Center, she led the organization to win a $50,000 Impact 100 grant in 2021.
